of the final report of the "Social Europe" Working Group.

Due
to the long section headers in this document, it was for technical reasons necessary to
introduce short versions (related to layout in a screen display). The original headers refer to the
topics outlined in the Mandate by the Praesidium of the Convention, see Introduction, and these
are here positioned as the first item in each section.
