31. Protocol on Article 40.3.3 of the Constitution of Ireland
THE HIGH CONTRACTING PARTIES,
HAVE AGREED upon the following provision,
which shall be annexed to the Treaty
establishing a Constitution for Europe and to the Treaty establishing the European
Atomic Energy Community:
SOLE ARTICLE
Nothing in the Treaty establishing
a Constitution for Europe or in the Treaties or Acts
modifying or supplementing it shall affect the application in Ireland of Article 40.3.3 of the
Constitution of Ireland.
