The first digital remediation of the Draft Treaty was baed on the text extracted from
CONV 850/03, available in the format pdf (portable document format) from EU's web
sites. The extracted text is converted into a format better suited for textual exploration
(the format html combined with XML).
The access point below opens the text extracted from
CONV 850/03.An updated version of this text was brought to my attention by Jens-Peter Bonde,
Member of the EU Parliament, in May 2004, with the following information:
