SUBSIDIARITY AND PROPORTIONALITY AND RE ARTICLE 8 OF THE
PROTOCOL ON THE ROLE OF MEMBER STATES' NATIONAL PARLIAMENTS IN
THE EUROPEAN UNION
Member States shall notify the Union's institutions of the addresses of the components
of their national Parliaments with which institutions should correspond in accordance
with the Protocol on the application of the principles of subsidiarity and proportionality,
and the Protocol on the role of national parliaments in the European Union.
